Rice in the spotlight
Reyhani is all about rice. Really, really good rice. moodley created a new brand appearance for the family business from Graz and its delicious grains.
At Reyhani, rice is much more than a food staple. It’s practically part of the family. The family’s name, which is also the brand name, has been synonymous with the best rice grain in organic quality for many years. Yet the exceptionally fine taste is not the only thing that matters. Sustainable manufacturing and fair relations to its rice farmers is an integral part of the company’s DNA. moodley was tasked with giving the mature brand a new look: contemporary and with respect for the family heritage and the values behind the product.
At the heart of the new identity is the pure rice. The design consciously does not come to the foreground - it creates the stage for the true protagonists: every single grain. The new design is colourful but restrained. The Reyhani-R has been carefully updated and is prominently featured on the newly designed packaging. A newly devised colour scheme makes the individual varieties distinguishable at first glance. The colours have also been transferred to the website and the various types of printed materials. The focus on the grain is also expressed in the imagery. In black and white contrast, the pure rice gets its gala appearance. Without any distractions and as a conscious counterpart to the food-photography.
